Since I became a technology solutions consultant in 2015, I have been looking to design the perfect set of solutions for delivering great customer experiences.

Solutions that would be easy to understand and implement. Solutions that could be managed online. Solutions that provide data and metrics leaders need to achieve their goals.

It took 5 years, a lot of hard work, and thousands of customer interactions to finally come up with the CX Stack.
